I decided that I needed a little more going on at the bottom of the door after I got my new wreath up the other day.  See how the bottom just looks a little lonely.

I figured I would get some pansies or a couple mums.  That was until I saw these adorable pumpkin topiaries that Hollie @ Every day is Hollie-day! did.
Photo via Every Day is Hollie-Day!
I think you guys can see where I am going with this right?  So here you go!  Check out my little mini-pumpkin topiary!

I got the foam pumpkins 50% off at Hobby Lobby!  I used two of the spray paints from the wreath to give the pumpkins a little gleam.

I also sprayed a couple of paper leaves gold and used them as a base to sit the pumpkins on top of in the planters.   Stuck in a couple dried grass stalks too - just cause!

So there you go - now the whole thing is a little more sparkly and a lot more festive!  I think they are the perfect little touch to our front door!

So what about you?  Anyone else do any fall decorating this weekend?  I also put a couple fall touches throughout the house that I will share with you guys later in the week!

Beautiful! I love the color of the pumpkins and of course the way you have them in the topiaries. I am enjoying fall and the decorating that goes along with it.

This turned out darling...and so elegant. I still need to decorate my porch...I wish I had a spot for urns like that. It just sets your wreath off! Beautiful job.

Love the metalliac look of the pumpkins. Great job. I really must get into the fall mood. I must be in denial thinking summer will be back in just a day or two.

The pumpkin topiaries are so pretty! I never get around to decorating for the seasons (except christmas sometimes), but those look so good, it's making me think I should stop being lazy!

I love how the metallics complement the brick. Did I mention that before? Well, it's worth saying again, if I did.

You know, I've been a floral designer for, well, a very, very long time. I can't believe I never, ever made one pumpkin topiary.

Yours are darling!

I love those! I've been looking for real cinderella pumpkins and have the perfect urn for them but haven't been able to find any. I'm now thinking I will go for fake. I plan on using them for my fall address marker :)
