These directions were great! I had the same problem you did with not finding a bedding set that I loved. I was out shopping and found fabric (similar to yours) and decided on the spur of the moment to make my own bedding. I was in over my head til I found this blog. Thanks so much for the helpful post!

I just stumbled upon this idea. I am a first grade teacher. I think I would use this idea for a Mother's Day gift. I could put pictures of one child on each plate. Then I could put scrapbook paper, or fabric behind the pictures. I think this is a great idea. Thank you so much for sharing. (If I try this project, I'll let you know.) :-)

My sister has the same coffee table as you! She hated it. Her husband painted it black, used sand paper to make it look rustic and then made it glossy. It looks amazing and it didn't take him long. It looks like a whole new table.
