How much fun can you have in one day with some spray paint?  Loads!  I got a can of Heirloom White and transformed these yard sale and bargain bin treasures into beauties!  If there is a moral to this story - it is that anything can be saved with a little spray paint.

First - I found this cute wire bird that was bright red at Hobby Lobby.  So much better in Heirloom White.  And I was a very bad blogger and did not take a before!  But I think we can all agree that this looks lovely!  (P.S. That is my fab wire basket I found this weekend behind it - I LOVE it!)

Next up - a couple of $1 frames that went from blah wood to shabby chic beauties!  The bird print I got a couple of weekends ago out and about and the other was hand drawn by my cousin.  My mom gave it to me for my birthday!

Finally - my 50 cent pitcher that I picked up this weekend looks so much better with a good coat of Heirloom White.  Now it looks like an heirloom treasure!  Love it!

Umm - let's do a little before and after shall we?  Can you say gorgeous?

So those were my fun projects this weekend!  What did you get into?  Done any spray painting recently?  Lemme know!

Stopping by from SITS and glad I did. Count me as your newest follower!

I love the white spray paint. I am a huge fan of black spray paint but have been thinking lately that maybe I need to lighten up!

Spray paint is the best isn't it? I especially love the pitcher. It would look pretty with flowers in it too.

I had to laugh when you called yourself a bad blogger for not taking a before pic. Isn't it funny how your blog is always in the back of your mind? I took my camera to a party the other day mainly because I love the architecture of the house and meant to get some pictures-I forgot!

Beautiful!! It all looks great. You aren't kidding about the spray paint! Goodness knows how many things can be brought to life with just a little bit of paint! :o)
Have a wonderful day!
Sincerely ~ Trish

I love your 50 cent pitcher....gorgeous! My friends all laugh at me when we go thrifting because my motto is always "Paint it white!" It's amazing the difference some cheap-o white spray paint makes. Great job.

If I knew they would turn out that pretty, I would by those ugly pieces at the thrift store!! I am always afraid that they will still look ugly!! I did paint my outdoor lantern that was rusting a bright yellow. Plan on posting it tomorrow!

White paint makes everything better! I love the bird you found!

WOW!!! Jess, these are great. I particularly love the wired bird. You're a great spray-painter. I need more practice. I think I hate to "waste" the paint, so consequently I overspray! You did great!

LOL...love the birdie and the white pitcher! Amazing transformation! Come visit me at my blog over at http://foresthillsroad.blogspot.com/

I saw those red birds at Hobby Lobby on clearance, thought it would look better once a can of spray paint got to it. However I decided against it (I thought the eyes would turn out creepy), that is until I saw your's! So tonight I went to see if they still had one, and they had one left at 80% off! So I grabbed it and primed it, it is now waiting to get a nice coat of silver spray paint! I am so happy I ran across your blog! :) Thanks!
