Ok - so one of the most popular posts on Frugal with a Flourish was the one I did on Creating a Custom Wine Bottle Label.  Now the whole reason I even did that post was because my BFF Meighan and I had been discussing centerpiece options for her wedding.  So I did a test run on our idea and came up with this beautiful bottle with a pic of the Hubby and I on our wedding day!

Meighan loved the finished product and I am so pleased to be able to share with you her fantastic set of bottles.  How beautiful are these?

Seriously - she did a fantastic job!  This was her first time decoupaging and using Picnik but the girl did great!  (I have been telling her there was an inner crafty goddess in there somewhere!)  I love that she mixed up between black and white, color, and sepia toned prints!  Really makes them look unique!

Meighan ended up going with pics of them together, some nature shots, and some from their trip to Napa Valley where her sweet hubby-to-be proposed to her over a glass of wine overlooking a beautiful vineyard!  (Say it with me "Awwwwhhhhhh!")  Aren't they cute!

So the centerpiece plan is to have one of these custom wine bottles on each of the tables at the reception.  It will be flanked with a small square vase filled with deep red and pink roses, a couple of tealights and some scattered corks.  Perfect for a wine themed reception don't you think?  The wedding is at the end of this month and I am getting so excited!

Let's get one last look at these beauties!

I still think these would be great for any special occasion!  Hop over to the original post to get the step by step details on how to make your own custom wine labels

Now the question is what would you use these for?  Got any special occasions coming up that you need a personalized present?  Lemme know!  And if you have been inspired by any of the projects you found here at Frugal with a Flourish - head over to my Facebook Page and post pics of your projects for everyone to see!  You never know - you might just end up featured here too!

I love this idea. I can see guests mingling more because they want to see the photo on each bottle at each table. This would be a fun one for a big anniversary party or a surprise party. You could do pictures from over the years until present day.
