So - in the new dining area (which I am sure you are sick of hearing me talk about) I have been thinking that I need something on that big wall behind the table.
At first, I was thinking a big piece of art - but I can't decide on anything that I like well enough to put there year round. I plan on switching out the pillow covers with the seasons but I can't afford to switch out large art that often. But then I got to thinking - there is really only one "window" in that room and it is the sliding glass door that is directly across on the opposite wall. So what I really need is a big mirror!
Mirrors are a great way to spread light around a room. And when you spread the light you need less artificial light - which is better for your wallet and the earth! It is Earth Day after all!
So - as I was browsing - I found all kinds of great mirrors out there. Still haven't found "the one" for my space yet, but here are eight great mirrors to add to any space! Enjoy! (I get absolutely nothing for sharing these with you - this is just me finding great deals!)

Love the convex effect in this Bulls-eye mirror. I would think a trio of these on a wall would make a really nice effect. Or two on either side of a bed would also be neat! You know, I love all those mirrors, but I say go big, go glam, go bold. And cheap. Hey, I think you might pick up a builder beveled mirror at a home improvement store, attach it with some Liquid Nails, then surround it with some kick a** decorative moulding. It will save you some buckaroos and be completely unique. Just my two cents. Please ignore me if you are in no need of two cents.

I'm really liking the leather mirror... good luck with your choice.
I think that the top one suits this room the best (as it is) but I think my fav is the beveled mirror (but, unless it's in a little girls room, I would lose the hanging ribbon... blurg) Just thought I'd note that your chair cushions remind me of Van Gogh's starry night. :)
I like the beaded bullseye mirror the best. You might want to consider looking at thrift stores for mirrors or empty frames that you like. I bought a great frame at a garage sale last year, painted it and had a piece of glass cut for about $16. Buying a frame you really like allows you to get a one-of-a-kind look.
I think a really large mirror would look great on that wall.

I personally like the leather one, but it depends what look you are going for. SO MANY CHOICES! I can hardly ever decide what to put on my walls. Good luck and hope you find something you like!
